The North End Arts & Music Fest (NEAMF), which now includes the Urban Art Wall, is a project close to my heart since I live in the neighborhood and know it to be a safer, more culturally rich environment than the media tends to report. Kudos to the NEAMF Committee of, which I am a member and fundraiser, and to the many talented artists and performers from the east side of Waterloo, Iowa.
